Dr. Zajac is a member of the International Association for Orthodontics, the American Academy of Functional Orthodontics, the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Zajac lives in Mississauga with his wife Dora, daughter Victoria, and sons Alexander and Adam. When not restoring your mouth to a pristine condition, Dr. Zajac enjoys restoring and riding vintage motorcycles.
